Full-Time Business Development Manager

CHEP Thailand is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team, and report to Country Director of CHEP Thailand. This position will base in Bangkok. The responsibilities and requirements are:

Key Responsibilities and Job Description :
*Generate sales expansion and revenue growth in supply chain leading market
*Identify and develop new opportunities; present solution of company value of conversion
*Expand lane with current customers and enlarge to wider profitable scale
*Responsible for account management to always deliver customer satisfaction
*Responsible for sales forecast and growth planning
*Using agreed processes and standard tools in managing sales and customer’s issues
*Establish company value as the key service provider of hired equipment in the market
*Investigate queries to get full understanding of problem and provide the best solution
*Collect market intelligence of competitors that may be a threat to company
*Write business viability rationale to propose with management
*Resolve CHEP issues at own key account
*Manage and report sales pipeline efficiently

Qualification, Competencies and Experience :
*Able to work independently and unsupervised with creativity and innovative solution
*Be self-starter to enter the market and collaborate with market networking
*Bring the value added into sales pipeline to rapidly expand sales growth
*Able to work under pressure to achieve together the target as a team player
*Interpersonal skills, analysing and systematic thinking to provide solution
*Cross functional with team working to complete tasks with sense of competitiveness
*Excellent communication in Thai and English with presentation skills
*At least 2-3 years experience in FMCG/Retails sector is advantage
*Thai native is preferred
