Job Description

Starting salary: 20,513 – 36,000 B

Job Aim:

To deliver high-quality front of house services to internal and external customers and clients in order to meet their needs and enable the Council to achieve its objectives.

Job Duties:

To deliver or support the delivery of Customer Relations services to internal and external customers to Teaching Centre Client Service Standards in order to meet customer needs and enable the Council to meet its corporate objectives.
To take responsibility in daily received income professionally in order to meet global standard.
To receive incoming calls and emails and provide information about the British Council’s products and services.
To assist customers in Reception and public area on the ground floor with accessing the information or service they need about the UK (general) or British Council (basic).
To carry out Learning Lounge duties.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Orientation
Teamworking
Flexibility
Marketing & Customer Service
IT Skills
Strong oral and written communications skills in both Thai and English
1 year related experience in customer services field ( Desirable )
