Job Description

Our mission is to ensure that students of different nationalities grow to their full potential as independent learners in a caring British international community.
Bangkok Patana School set in beautiful purpose-built premises on the outskirts of Bangkok, offers the English National Curriculum, IGCSE/GCSE and the International Baccalaureate Diploma. The school has over 2100 students aged from 2½ to 18 years and representing 50 nationalities. Bangkok Patana School is accredited by CIS and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and is an approved International Baccalaureate School.

Key Responsibilities:-
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join our busy School Reception team. Reporting to the Head Receptionist this role will offer superior service to a broad range of local and international customers to ensure that the highest professional standards are maintained. Duties include but are not limited to responding to telephone calls, assisting parents, students and the general public; taking/distributing messages to staff and resolving customer issues.

Qualifications:-
Thai Nationality, fluent speaking and written English essential
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to use initiative and work independently
Highly service minded with excellent communication (written and verbal)
Good administrative and computer literacy is preferred
