Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional account revenue and profit targets.
  • Improve and increase the account coverage of the selected accounts at country level
  • Act as the key focal and escalation point in Thailand for the global customers
  • Improve regional customer satisfaction within the selected customer set.
  • Effectively communicate to Clients and company’s country sales on company’s global capabilities and products.
  • Executing smoothly and efficiently on the Global Contract within AP.
  • Provide solutions to customer satisfaction issues, and ensure quality and timely closure.
  • Work with customer and help them to plan for their IT needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with the customer through regular business reviews to ensure highest standard of support and services
  • Regular update to management on current trend, reporting and sales positioning
  • Work with branding team to support customer

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years working in key account sales servicing regional and global clients
  • Ability to understand diverse global requirement from regional account
  • Proven sales track records and strong business acumen
  • Ability to communicate with higher level management
