Responsibilities :-

Ensure that human resources system, policies and procedures are aligned with business strategies and organization direction.
Regularly review existing policies for applicability to the environment/business needs, develop new policies as required to meet requirement
Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically: Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Appraisals, Safety & Environment, Employee Development, Career Development Planning and Competencies Development as well as Succession Planning
Administer a compensation & benefits policy which is market-competitive, that attracts and retains high quality employees and which meets the financial/strategic goals of the operation.
Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement and seek ways to improve relationship for a harmonious working environment, giving consultation of Employee Relations activities such as team building, staff activities, etc.
Provide advice to management regarding human resources functions and Labor Protection Law.
Complete timely and accurate reports on headcount and human resources activity for local and regional office.
Prepare and manage budgets of HR department.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience :-

Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or any related field.
At least 10 years’ experience in human resources function and least 5 years experience in management level.
Has extensive experience of Labor Protection and Welfare Regulations.
Knowledge about HR Tools such as competency, succession planning, talent management, performance management, etc.
Managerial skills and able to work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound judgment, good decision making and problem solving skills.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Computer proficient.
Able to work in Rayong.
