Temporary HR Officer (Temporary 6 months)

Kellogg (Thailand) Limited is a Manufacturer under BOI promotion, produces more than 10 different cereals and markets its products in more than 10 countries around Asia.

We are looking for qualified candidates who possess creative, dynamic plus aggressive attributes and talented to join us for the position:

Locationt: Rayong plant

Primary Function :-

This position is responsible for support the day to day operating of the HR Department and responsible for general administration handling.

Report to : Human Resources Manager

Peer Relationships :
Internal: HR Assistant, Shift supervisors, Officers and Operators
External:
Computer Service
Training Service
Governmental Service
Labour & Welfare
Insurance and hospital
Suppliers
Neighbor companies

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :-

Recruitment
Create job advertisement material
Contact to other organization for job posting
Screen application for hourly level
Contact candidate for interview appointment
Prepare document for interview
Collect all listed documents from new employees
Create employee badge
Prepare uniform, safety shoes and lockers for new employees
Probation evaluation form
Pass probation informing letter

Time Attendance & Payroll
Create new year leave application form for each employee with amount of new year vacation
Pull attendance record everyday
Record leave into Eagle system
Record overtime into Eagle system
Calculate diligent reward monthly
Deliver cheque for Social Security Office, Tax for Revenue Department, Provident Fund, Loan payment (if any)
Prepare adjustment Provident Fund report for payroll
Handle all Social Security Fund issues (employee in-out, benefits claim)
Issue overtime spending report monthly

Compensation & Benefits
Send e-mail reminding PDP (Performance Development Plan) mid-year/year-end
Support annual health check activity (document, venue preparation, communication, result distribution, etc.)
Handle all insurance issues (employee in-out, benefits claim)
Support insurance comparison activity (document, card distribution, etc.)

HRIS
Always update employee data file and employee document profile
Update organization chart monthly
Issue turnover report monthly
Create IT Request form and submit for employee In&Out
Create perfect attendance list annually
Create list of 5th/10th service year employee annually and prepare reward (pin)

Training & Development
Issue training attendance report monthly
Always update training record
Contact to other organization for both in-house and public training
Prepare training room for in-house training with necessary equipment
Support all training documentary process

Employee Relations
Collect record of ethic & global opinion survey
Being ER consultant for all employees
Always update communication board
Support all ER activities (New Year, K Lean, Safety, sport competition, etc.)
Deliver cheque for Workmen compensation payment annually
Plant walk weekly
Support plant newsletter project (finding interesting topic, content arrangement, distribution, etc.)
Coordinate about visiting gifts for sick employees
Support KTL town hall meeting

General Affairs
Control stocks of uniform, safety shoes, gown shirt for visitors, shoes cover, hair cover, flag, equipment, etc.
Conduct and support uniform/safety shoes distribution annually
Manage lockers and keys with 5S concept and always update
Support canteen and food provider monitoring
Support housekeeper and van monitoring
Coordinate to van service provider for overtime van
Support clothes washing monitoring
Verify invoices of supplier

Other
Participate the admin work for project HR Bills of Process
Create next year’s public holiday
Support 5S in office project
Support master key controlling in the plant
Conduct employee opinion survey (in any cases)
Support HR form review project and revise the document
Work as assignment from direct manager

Work Environment :-

Based in the Plant and supports HR Manager in HR-related matters in the Plant.
Extensive interaction with plant crew members to establish good employee relations.
HR Assistant

Preferred Education & Experience:-

Diploma or upper
A minimum of 2 year’ experience, preferably in a personnel environment. Good P.C. skills with spreadsheet and database knowledge, plus effective communication and organizational skills are also essential. Very good human relation with high services mind.
