As one of the core members of the after-sales project, it is required to generally plan, execute and supervise the project quality, assist project manager, engineering manager, etc. to operate related quality management works in the project, improve project delivery quality and increase customer satisfaction degree.

Responsibility:

Assist contract delivery team to set up project quality organization and quality control model (including the quality control in outsourcing parts)
Plan and target project quality, and decompose target to every sub item groups and key posts. Quality planning should include environment, health and safety content.
Organize to collect related construction standards and acceptance standards from customers, local countries and companies, to standardize project quality (acceptance standards) and implant it in the outsourcing contract.
Organize demonstration site building and complete project quality standards.
Organize project teams to run internal training in specifications, standards and engineering quality controlling, emphasize requirements of key quality assurance points in engineering stage, and proceed as required during construction, to ensure the project quality meet customer requirement.
Organize engineering quality checking and process auditing, focus on monitoring project implementation of requirements of quality assurance points, push subcontractor to do 100% self-check, and track and supervise the implementation of conditions of every quality target, with early warning in time.
Instruct and supervise the construction and operation of related engineering quality works by the engineering quality management system.
Take the lead in implement project safety standards and regulations, examine subcontractor, supervisor, manger and QC; and check the compliance of acceptance and deliverables files.
Push project measurement, evaluate the project regularly, communicate with the person in charge of the project periodically to increase and achieve the target.
Launch customer satisfaction degree evaluation regularly, track and close customer issues, analysis report and take corrective and protective measures.
Summarize the application and improvement of engineering quality management, form project team quality management discs report.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Telecom Science or related field, Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, Command of Chinese is preferential.
Core skill: Full after-sales business process; Familiar with engineering quality standards and the requirements of quality assurance points; Familiar with all kinds of after-sales work procedures and technical specifications; Strong capacity to manage project quality; Strong capacity for coordination, negotiation, organization, communication and learning ability; Good at analyzing problems, seize key points, patient and meticulous;
Professional Knowledge: Communications expertise, or electronic, computer-related major; Quality management knowledge, Project management knowledge; With engineering experience in civil engineering, engineering design, equipment installation and debugging; Familiar with project management, engineering management, quality management; Quality standard knowledge, familiar with the application of a variety of quality tools
Working Experience: With engineering quality management experience, after-sales working experience, customer relationship management experience;
