Job Description

Job Description
· Organize daily schedules and appointments.
· Coordinate with people both inside and outside company.
· Analyze and review the document before presenting to the senior management.
· Organize and maintain the document filling system.
· Handle other assignment from the senior management.

Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Financial, Accounting, Economics, Business, Arts or related field
· Female and 23-27 years old
· At least 1 year of working experience in secretarial field
· Good command in English
· Computer literate in Microsoft Office
· Able to work under pressure and limited time
· Enthusiastic, highly responsible and active are required
· Good interpersonal skill and communication
Remark : Male must be exempt from military service
