Job Description

Initiate recruitment strategic, promotion or activities for recruitment such as career exhibition, and job fair.
Responsible for handling overall recruitment functions i.e. job posting, screening candidates, making interview appointment, interviewing candidates, and contacting job fair organizers.
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and able to utilize various effective sources and tools to help attract right candidates.
Interact with applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection and other relevant information. Including offer job and negotiate salary & benefit to successful candidate.
Advise the manager on organization structure and manpower plan that will be appropriately followed by recruitment plan.
Conduct the orientation class in subject concerns HR.
Assist HR Manager to handle employee relations function i.e. rules and regulations, legal issues, internal communication, investigations, dispute resolution, variety of programs and activities.
Arrange, implement and manage employee relations activities in order to sustain and enhance internal relationships and the culture of the workforce, to achieve a satisfactory and productive work environment, motivation, morale, and discipline.
Take role as the mediator of transference, retention and resignation process.
Required Qualifications

Male or Female, Age 25-35 years, Thai nationality only.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
At least 1-2 years experience in recruitment and preferable experience background in employee relations.
Good command in English.
Good computer operating skill in MS Office.
Thai Labor Law literacy is a plus.
Strong personality with creative, initiative, good human & negotiation skills, positive thinking, self-motivated
Service minded, working as a team player, very good communication skills and good attitude.
